Easy to wash or vacuum
Your RespirAide filter should be washed
approximately every one to three months.
1. Turn off the power to your Furnace or
Air Handler system
2. Remove the filter, vacuum
accumulated surface dirt
3. With a garden hose or in a laundry
tub, wash through the entire filters
surface areas using normal water
pressure (do not use power washer)
4. Let the filter drip dry and reinstall
5. Turn on the power and set thermostat
at regular setting

Your RespirAide filter is constructed
of a highly durable molded plastic frame.
The two outer layers of mesh are made
of polypropylene with an inner layer of
reticulated foam. As air passes through
the electrostatic filter a static charge is
created within the filter, as a result of this
static charge dust particles are attracted
to the filter and remain trapped there
until the filter is washed.
