PA/NP - Minnesota - Gastroenterology **New Grads Welcome!!! 2 needed
We are seeking a 2 Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners (FNP, ANP, ACNP) for a Gastroenterology
practice in Minnesota. Will consider experienced providers or strong new graduates. This is an inpatient
practice. Duties will be consults, rounding, admits and discharges. Other providers on site. Schedule will be
8a - 5p. Occasional call. Anticipated patient volume will be 10 - 25 ppd. EMR. Salary will be $85 - 115k with a
comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance,
dental/vision/disability, retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. This is a growing location

PA/FNP - West Virginia - Family Practice **Loan Repayment!!!
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice position in West
Virginia. Will consider experienced providers only, no new graduates. Other providers on site. Practice
setting is an inpatient psych setting with short term stay patients (voluntary admission - moderate acuity
psych disorders). Moderate patient volume. EMR. Salary will be $90 - 110k with a comprehensive benefit
package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement, and 1
wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. Additionally the employer has their own internal Loan Repayment

Program with $15k/yr up to 3 years ($45k). This practice is located in some of the prettiest scenery the state

NP - California -Primary Care
We are seeking several Nurse Practitioners for rural health clinics located in Fresno and Bakersfield,
California. Will consider experienced providers only. No new graduates. These are outpatients clinics
covering Pediatrics, Family Practice, and Adult medicine. There will be a physician on site most of the time
but you will have a high level of autonomy. Schedule is flexible with the ability to work 5 8’s or 4 10’s. You
will be required to work 2 half days on Saturday per month. The clinic’s operate between the hours of 8A and
7P. Salary will be $100 -150k+ (including incentives) with a comprehensive benefit package including 23
days PTO, malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation
assistance and possible sign on bonus. This is an excellent location in California right smack dab in the
middle between L.A. and San Francisco. This town has all the amenities of a large metropolitan area, but the

FNP - California - Family Practice **Loan Repayment!
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice clinic in southern California. Will consider
experienced providers only. No new graduates. Other providers on site. Anticipated patient volume will be 25
ppd. Schedule will be 8a - 5p, M - F. Option to work 4 - 8’s at reduced pay. 1 in 4 Saturday’s for half day.
Salary will be $105 - 125k with a comprehensive benefit package including 3 wks vacation, malpractice,
health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. Additionally:
This position offers guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year
commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $50k with the option for additional funds in exchange for a
longer commitment. These are non-taxable dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest saved) is
$70k+. In essence you are working for 2 years and getting paid for 3!!! This position is located amidst some

Clinic, Rounding, Surgery and Consults. Practice does 40 - 50 procedures (various types) per week.
Schedule will be 8a - 5p, M - F. Periodic call with very light call back. EMR. Salary will be $150 - 250k+ with a

7 on and 7 off (week on, week off). This is a very low volume clinic at night. Some nights, no activity at all.
