Colorado - Family Practice - Scenic Location
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice clinic in southern Colorado. Will consider
an experienced provider or strong new graduate (must already have completed the requirements for
prescriptive authority). Practice setting is a multi-specialty clinic with other providers on site. Scope of
practice will be general primary care with occasional procedures. Anticipated patient volume will be 15 - 25
ppd. Schedule will be M-F, option for 5 - 8’s or 4 - 10’s between the hours of 7a and 7p. No call but may
include occasional weekends (1/2 day). High autonomy once established. EMR. Xray. Facilities in excellent
condition. Salary will be $90 - 137k. This site may qualify for Federal Loan Repayment (ask for details)
Comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance,
dental/vision/disability, retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus.

Alaska - Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine
We are seeking Family Nurse Practitioner for an Urgent Care/EM position in Alaska. Will consider
experienced providers only. No new graduates. Autonomous practice. Low patient volume. Physician backup
when needed (codes and trauma). Schedule will be M - F, 8a - 5p. No weekends, no call. Salary will be $110k 120k+ with a comprehensive benefit package including 6 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance,
dental/vision/disability, retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus.

Texas. Will consider experienced providers or strong new graduates. Other providers on site. Anticipated
patient volume will be 15 - 25 ppd. Medical Spanish helpful but not required. EMR. Schedule will be M - F, 9a 6. No call and no weekends! Salary will be $100 - 130k with a comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks
vacation, malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement (outstanding plan worth an extra
$10k per year), and 2 wks CME!! Additionally: This position offers guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment
Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $50k.
These are non-taxable dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest saved) is $70k+. In essence

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP – family/lifespan psych certification) for an outpatient mental
health position in Arizona. Will consider experienced providers or strong new graduates. Other providers on
site. Duties will be evals, med management, follow-ups, and a small amount of inpatient work. Schedule will
be M - F, 8a - 5p (option to work 4-10’s if desired). Call will be 1 in 4 wks to start but will likely be eliminated in
the near future (ask for details). Anticipated patient volume will be 10 - 12 ppd. EMR. Salary will be $90 - 135k
with a comprehensive benefit package including 5 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance (free),
dental/vision/disability, retirement (exceptionally strong plan), and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance.
Additionally: This position offers guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score

We are seeking a Physician Assistant for an Emergency Medicine position in Houston, Texas. Will consider
experienced providers only. No new graduates. This is a fairly tame ER with a low patient volume (8 ppd).
Schedule will be M-F, 8a - 5p. Additionally you will be part of the call rotation (weekends) which is 1 in 6.
EMR. Salary will be $110 - 140k+ with a comprehensive benefit packaging including 28 days PTO,
malpractice, health insurance (free for you and immediate family), dental/vision/disability, retirement and 1
