PA/FNP - Oregon - Emergency Medicine
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for an Emergency Medicine position in
Northern Oregon. Will consider experienced providers only (any specialty). No new graduates. Other
provider on site. Schedule will be M - Sun, 11a - 11:30p, 7 on and 7 off (you are off 26 weeks a
year). Anticipated patient volume will be 15 - 20 patients/shift. EMR. Salary will be $100 - 130K+ with a
comprehensive benefit package including 23 days PTO, malpractice, health insurance,
dental/vision/disability, retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. Northern Oregon contains
unlimited outdoor recreational opportunities. It has much milder winters than its sister state to the north

PA/FNP - Wisconsin - Family Practice **New Grads Welcome!!!
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice position in northern

site. Anticipated patient volume will be 20 ppd. Schedule will be 8a - 5p, M - F. You will work only 4 days out
of that period. EMR. Salary will be $85 - 130K with a comprehensive benefit package including 24 days PTO,

be $80 - 110k+ with a comprehensive benefit package including 28 days PTO, malpractice, health insurance,
dental/vision/disability, retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance and separate sign-on bonus.
Additionally this employer has their own internal Loan Repayment Program worth $10k per year for 3 years

Anticipated patient volume will be 7 ppd. Schedule will be 8a - 5p, M - F. No call, no weekends. Anticipated
patient volume will be 15 - 16 ppd. EMR. Salary will be $90 - 110k+ with a comprehensive benefit package

volume is 16 - 20 ppd. High autonomy. EMR. Salary will be $90 - 135k (with incentives) plus a comprehensive

and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. Additionally: This position offers guaranteed (ask for details)
Federal and State Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The
