Central Texas - Family Practice - New Grads Welcome!!!
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice in a dynamite Hill
Country location. Will consider experienced providers or strong new graduates. Autonomous practice.
Established clinic. Anticipated patient volume will be 15 - 17 ppd. EMR. Salary will be $100 - 145k with a
comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, retirement, and 1
wk paid CME. Relocation assistance and separate sign-on bonus. Smack dab right on one of the Hill
Countries most desirable locations. True Texas Charm. Gorgeous rolling hills, green meadows, lots of green
(year round) live oak trees, abundant wildlife (deer), beautiful in the spring and fall (orange colors). Two of
our fastest growing cities are nearby (Austin and San Antonio). These positions go very quickly so if you are

Nebraska - Family Practice - Loan Repayment - New Grads Welcome!!!
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (FNP or ANP) for a Family Practice in southern
Nebraska. Will consider experienced providers or strong new graduates. Other providers on site. Schedule
will be M - F, 8a - 6p (4-10’s). Call will be 1 in 6 weekends and 1 evening per week. Anticipated patient volume
will be 15 - 20 ppd. EMR. Salary will be $85 - 100k+ with a comprehensive benefit package including 28 days
PTO, malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation
assistance and Sign-on bonus. Additionally: This position offers State Loan Repayment Assistance of
$30k/year with a maximum payout of $90k (over 3 years). The cash value of this benefit is $115k+. These are
non-taxable dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest saved) is $70k+. In essence you are
working for 2 years and getting paid for 3!!! Much of Nebraska is agricultural land. This location is the home

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for an Urgent Care clinic in central
Minnesota. Will consider an experienced providers only. No new graduates. Other providers on site. Practice
site is a rural health clinic. Schedule will be 11a – 7:30p, M – F. Call will be 1 in 8 weekends (6 per year).
Weekends will be one a month for ½ day on Saturdays. Extra call or weekend shifts available for additional
money. Anticipated patient volume will be 20 – 25 ppd in clinic once established. High autonomy once
established. EMR. Salary will be $100 – 150k+ (with incentives) plus a comprehensive benefit package
including 5 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement and 1 wk. paid
CME benefits. Relocation assistance and generous sign-on bonus. Minnesota is a land of abundant outdoor

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or ACNP) for an outpatient Endocrinology practice in the

(endocrinology) candidates only. No new graduates. Other provider on site. Anticipated patient volume will
be 15 - 20 ppd. EMR. Salary will be $100 - 150k with a comprehensive benefit package including 6 weeks’
vacation, malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation
assistance and sign-on bonus. Additionally, this employer will provider 90 days of free housing upon your
arrival to assist you with your relocation. Sunny New Mexico is home to the wide outdoor spaces and full of

Schedule will be 8a - 5p, M - F. No call and no weekends. Anticipated patient volume will be 18 - 20 ppd. EMR.
High autonomy. Salary will be $100 - 140k, with a comprehensive benefit package including 6 wks PTO,
malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance
and sign-on bonus. Additional, this employer will provide 90 days of free housing upon your arrival to assist

Schedule will be M - F, 8a - 6p (4 - 10’s, 3 day weekends much of the time). Anticipated patient volume will be
18 - 20 ppd. High autonomy once established. EMR. Salary will be $90 - 135K with a comprehensive benefit
package including 7 wks vacation, malpractice, free health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement and
1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus. Additionally: This position offers Federal Loan
Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit

will be 15 - 30 ppd. Schedule will be 8a - 8p (12 hr. shifts), M - Sun. Schedule averages 36 hrs./week. (3 -12hr.

malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for an OB practice in Montana. Will consider experienced
providers only. No new graduates. Other strong CNM provider on site. Annual volume is about 170
deliveries/yr. Schedule will be 32 hrs./week.; 4 - 8’s, M - F between 8a - 5p. Call will be 1 wk in 3. Anticipated
patient volume will be 8 - 10 ppd. Patient population tends to be high risk (ask for details). High autonomy.
Physician backup in the area. Salary will be $110 - 150k (including incentives) with a comprehensive benefit
package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, retirement, and 2
wks paid CME. Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus. Montana has some of the most beautiful
