What do I need to know?
Team requirements for each chapter will be dependent upon chapter size. Exceptions
will be made for chapters with low membership. Chapters can enter more teams than
the required amount; bonus points will be awarded for doing so. Each team will consist
of 10 members, with 2 alternates. Each team member will be required to come up with
a list of 30 names and addresses of personal family and friends. Local addresses
are not permissible. Addresses must be submitted on the required date for full points.
Only chapter members listed on the team roster will be allowed entry to write letters. If
the team member does not show up, one of the alternates may take the member’s
place. If a non-rostered member shows up to the event, the team/chapter will not
receive full points. Team members must show Panther Card to gain entry to event.
A Coin War competition will also take place. The money raised from this competition
will be donated to Children’s Advocacy Center Located here in Charleston. A container
will be distributed to each chapter overall. Once the chapter overall receives the
container, the competition may begin. Chapters will have until March 29th to collect
coins (money will be due at the Overall Meeting).
