Operations and Information Management: Developed a business plan for a start-up restaurant over eight weeks with a team of four. Components included financial analysis and projection, market research, and logistics planning that included supply chain management and store/employee management. Miss Greek is the largest grossing philanthropy in CU history with recent revenues exceeding $90,000, which is donated to Clinica Foundation that provides health care to low income families. We are Clinica’s largest private donor.
