In order for your child to participate in a sport, you will need
to fill out the Booster Club Form and return it with the
$65.00 sports fee. You pay one $65.00 fee no matter how
many sports your child participates in for the year.
ATTENTION PARENTS OF 7TH – 12TH GRADERS
According to DHEC, all students in 7th grade and up are
required to have a TDAP shot. It is not the same thing as
DTAP. We have included a copy of your child's shot record
if it does not show that they have received the TDAP. If they
have, we need an updated copy of their shot record. We have
to have a record showing they have received it
before October 2.
Coach Jennifer is working on the program for our lower
school soccer. We will be contacting everyone who has
expressed interest in soccer.
We do have enough interest for Cheerleading. All girls
interested in Cheerleading, need to come to our first practice

We have re-scheduled Parent-Teacher
Conferences for 9th – 12th Grades ONLY.
Conferences will be held this Thursday,
September 24 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. We
have some students whose grades are not
where they need to be and our teachers want
to meet with parents earlier so there is time
to bring the grades up before report cards
come out. Please make every effort to attend
a conference. There is a sign-up sheet in
today's Monday folder.
Students (9th – 12th Grade) will be
dismissed at 12:30.
We will do our Pizza Hut pizza lunch this Friday,
September 25. We have included an order form (blue
half sheet) in your child's weekly folder. ALL pizza
orders will have to be turned in no later than 12:00 p.m.
this Thursday, September 24. Any student that does not
order by Thursday will need to bring a lunch with them
Friday.
Chili-Cheese Nachos
Mrs. Cecelia is doing a Chili-Cheese Nacho Lunch this
Thursday, September 24. The price is $3.50 (INCLUDES
DRINK). All orders are due no later than Wednesday,
September 23 . There is an order form in your child's
folder today. If your child does not order nachos, they
CAN order a lunch from
the office.
All students and staff will be taking
pictures for the yearbook Wednesday,
September 30. You will have an
opportunity to order packages on a
pre-pay basis. There is a money back
Go to Orange Leaf on Cashua (near Celebration Blvd)
anytime during the month of October. Tell them you are
supporting Faith Christian Academy and let them know
if you are in the Upper School or Lower School. 10% of
what you spend goes directly to FCA. Whichever group
raises the most money will get some free froyo!!
