Giving Tuesday!
With Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday behind us, take time to celebrate
Giving Tuesday. Executive Director, Jill Krall, reminds the community “The needs of agencies and individuals is great. The needs continue throughout the entire year. Today we celebrate “Giving Tuesday” and we hoping community members will take a stand together and make a difference! The opportunities to help one another are endless.”
Giving back is easy!

Donate a new, unwrapped toy to a youth in need by depositing the toy in the Toys for Tots dropbox at Fareway. United Way will see that the toy gets to a local child.

Donate food to a local food bank for families in need this Holiday Season.

Make a donation of food, blankets, snowpants, boots, Christmas gifts, office supplies, etc to United Way for distribution to local agencies.
 “Adopt” a local family or individual for the Holidays.

Give of your time! Contact United Way to find out about Holiday volunteer opportunities.
The Waverly-Shell Rock United Way is thankful for the support of the community. The current campaign has reached 85% of the $250,000 goal! Funds raised support over 20 local agencies, each making a difference in the areas of health, income, and education.
Lives are being changes right here in the Waverly-Shell Rock Area!
It is not too late to participate in this year’s Campaign and help the United Way.
