Friends & Family Report
May 2015
Introduction
Staff at the surgery offered patients the opportunity to complete Friends and
Family test within May 2015.
This test will continue to be offered to patients for the foreseeable future.
Analysis
 50 Patients completed the test during May 2015
 46 Patients (92%) said that they were extremely likely to recommend
this GP Practice to Friends and Family if they needed similar care or
treatment.
 4 Patients (8%) said that they were likely to recommend this GP Practice

Friends & Family Comments from May 2015
1. The staff are friendly & very helpful & the Doctors are extremely helpful & very
professional.
2. I have been a patient of Dr Winayak ever since he took over from Dr Roster. He is a
great Doctor. I always ask to see him, albeit I sometimes have to wait a bit longer to
get an appointment.
3. The Doctor treats me very well. He is very conscious about his patients.
4. Very good treatment.
5. Always available when required. May have to wait to see Dr Winayak but is
thoroughly thorough when you see him. A good practitioner.
6. I find the reception staff are extremely helpful and the doctors are friendly and
always have time to listen to my concerns. I can usually get an appointment at a
convenient time for me and the waiting room is bright and airy with comfortable
seats. Medical care is excellent and Dr Winayak is a star – he always makes me feel
better after I have seen him.
7. Because Dr Winayak is so caring, always has time to listen, to explain and is a
gentleman. I would be pleased to recommend him and his other doctors. His
receptionists are always very helpful and understanding.
8. Dr Winayak and his staff (medical & front desk) are the best anyone would care to
have. Dr Winayak has been our Doctor for approx. 30 years. You will not find a
better GP than him. His care and kindness knows no bounds.

him to be caring, knowledgeable and understanding. I rate him and the Practice
100% in every way….and then some. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALWAYS.

recommend the Practise to everyone. I have been a patient for over 20 years and
have no complaints what so ever.
29. I have been using this surgery for 37 years and have found everybody working there
kind and caring and out treatment has always been excellent.

confident that I would receive the very best care. There is sometimes a quite a long
wait to see him but I understand that many patients prefer to see him. However the
other doctors I have seen have also given very good service.
