the practice procedures, which leaves patients feeling anxious. <<

Also very difficult to get appts. Reception staff one inparticular very unfriendly and almost
telling you to go away and trying her best not to give you an appointment. I know people
who have left the surgery since because of the way things are and I have considered it. <<
