Please collect as many Active Kids vouchers as possible when you shop at

SCHOOL DISCOS - Thursday 12th March
THE £2 TICKETS INCLUDE A DRINK AND A BISCUIT. YOU MUST INFORM THE PTFA OF ALLERGIES.
YEAR 1: 3.15 - 4.15 - £2. (Children go straight from class so please send in a change of clothes in the
morning. Children are collected from their classroom at the end.)
YEAR 2: 4.45 - 5.45pm - £2 in advance or £2.50 on the door. (Drop off and pick up from the school hall.)
Disco 'places' to be booked/paid for on Tues 10th and Wed 11th March from 2.45pm at the end of the
Yr1 corridor. (Kindly note no actual tickets will be given out.) If any parents can help at the discos,
please fill out the form below and hand to reception. You don't need to have been CRB checked.
