Quick overview for those members present who aren’t involved in the organisation of the SF. Event timeline reduced by half-hour to reflect the impact of TKD grading session conflicting with our event. School advised that we also will not be hosting a football tournament. Kick-Off meeting scheduled for Monday 20th April. Intention to get all Action Points completed before we finish for Summer Holidays. None. No new ones received. Miss Ainsley has asked staff at meetings and it has been raised at School Council but as yet no suggestions made. Suggestion that we could ask Mrs Luckett if she would be happy for us to create a questionnaire for completion in school by each class and their teacher. Copy to be posted on our website for parents to contribute AP164 Miss Ainsley. Update from Natalie ref: Chums House, the cost of purchasing and installing the house has now been agreed at £1100. The original decision to purchase the item (cost £500 did not include installation) Those members present asked to vote if happy to pay additional amount. Consensus agreed. AOB 2016 Proposed Events & Advised members that when we submit proposed dates to school in June for Dates the following school year suggestion is to also share with Anna Nutt of Sutton Tae-Kwon-Do. Given the high numbers of children from the Deanery who participate in TKD it might be possible to avoid some conflicting dates. Having spoken to Anna it looks like she uses the same rationale for grading as we do, 2 weeks before school holidays. Additional info that she also needs to factor in minimum of 12 weeks of lessons to achieve the required amount of practice opportunity between belts. AP163 AP164 Natalie to write and Thank Miss Braniff for the toy bunny donation for Easter Competition. Miss Ainsley to ask Mrs Luckett is she would be happy for us to create a questionnaire for completion in school by class and their teacher as to where or what projects PTFA profit could be used for.
