Marriage Contracts letter from Attorney/Notary (Pre-Nuptial)

Divorce Decree, Death Certificates if applicable (All copies can be
scanned and emailed or fax).
(6)
If possible couples are not South African Citizens, they are
requested to get a letter of impediment from their country stating
that they are not married in their native country.
(7)
In the event that foreign couples are divorced, I need copy of
their divorce decree translated in English by a recognized
translator. In the event that foreign couple is widow or widower a
copy of death certificate of deceased partner is required.
(8)
Application for Unabridged Marriage Certificate will be done by
Cape Town Marriage Officers at SA Home Affairs at the expense
of couples, and Apostille Certificate from High Court will be issued
on request.

Cape Town Marriage Officers undertake to register your Marriage with the
Department of Home Affairs within 48 hours after your wedding ceremony
and to contact couples via email or SMS once their marriage has been
registered. Copies of Marriage Register will be posted to couples. Couples
are responsible for Travelling Cost, we don’t have a set price for our
services however we request that Couples make a Donation to Calvary
H.O.P.E Ministries, this is a registered Non Profitable Organization NPO
Number 087-617, all donation received will go towards a program to assist
abused women and children as well as our feeding program who feeds up to
500 children per week. Any travelling allowance and donations received by
Cape Town Marriage Officers are Non-Refundable. Please ask your guest
not to consume any alcohol during wedding ceremony and to switch off all
cell phones. Cape Town Marriage Officer have the right to refuse to
conduct a wedding ceremony, if bridal pair or their witness’ who must sign
the marriage register, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. All
Marriage Officers are ordained Ministers of the Gospel and due to our
Christian beliefs, we do not officiate Civil Union Marriages (Same Sex
Marriages).
