Reconstruction.
220/110 kV Central is working from 1981. The substation
has two AT 220/110 kV 125 MVA. Upload them to the
hours of maximum loads up to 90% on each. Of 220 kV
Central fed following the Universiade: Tennis Academy,
the Universiade Village, volleyball and gymnastics center,
indoor swimming pool, etc., with total capacity of 30 MW.
In addition, the
220 kV Central powered Kazan airport, through which the
city of Kazan will remain members and guests of the
Universiade. To ensure a reliable supply of the
Universiade is necessary to reconstruct the substation,
which includes the replacement of two of AT 220/110
2h125 MVA 2x250 MVA, reconstruction of 220 kV
switchyard replacement of oil switches, AP-CP-220 kV
gas-insulated switches, replacement of 220 kV breakers
and protection by microprocessor, reconstruction of 110
kV with replacement air switches to gas-insulated,
replacement breakers 110 kV and protections to
microprocessor.
Reconstruction of 220 kV Central included in the scheme
and the program for the development of the power of the
Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 with a vision to 2017,
approved by the order of the Ministry of Energy of the
Republic of Tajikistan of 28.04.2012 № 69/0.
