CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION I am familiar with the November 2009 Standards for Design and Construction for the City of Kalispell that apply to the work I have described above. I understand that all construction work within the public right-of-way is subject to inspection by the Public Works Department. A 3’ minimum clear space around the circumference of any adjacent fire hydrants. Parklet must be included in the fire safety and evacuation plan for the business. A minimum entrance/exit width of 36”. PARKLET INSTALLATION SHALL NOT INCLUDE (please initial) Any type of permanent attachment to sidewalk or street surfaces Attachments of any kind to sign posts, trees, light poles, or any other sidewalk features Electrical or obtrusive lighting Distribution or consumption of alcoholic beverages (unless approved to do so by the state of Montana) Fence heights taller than four (4) feet or less than three (3) feet.
