Job Description Job details Job Title: Department: Role reports to: Job Description author Job Number Campaign Executive – Sustainable Products (Wales) Products & Services Programme Area Manager – Sustainable Products (Wales) with dotted line to Campaign Manager Products Sarah Clayton 839 Job purpose - overview The purpose of this post is to deliver consumer campaigns to encourage sustainable consumer behaviour in Wales when acquiring, using and disposing of sustainable products, and in doing so help deliver WRAP business plan objectives. Working with the Campaign Manager – Products in Banbury, the post holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining direct relationships with a range of Welsh stakeholders including specific Welsh retailers, designers, trade bodies, charities, the public sector in Wales and the media to encourage them to deliver campaign messages through their consumer facing channels including social and digital media, events and media relations. This role will also be involved in supporting consumer behaviour change delivery within the Life ECAP project. Core accountabilities 1. Responsible for the day to day delivery of WRAP’s existing Love Your Clothes (LYC) campaign in Wales including PR and digital support, producing collateral for direct use by partners and managing risk. 2. Represent Welsh signatories at the SCAP Influencing Consumer Behaviour working group, liaising with group members in the development of the LYC campaign and any equivalent group in esap. 3. Identify key audiences for the campaigns and deliver key messages to these audiences. Work with Wales Key Account Managers to identify and support critical partnerships. Collaborate with internal WRAP Cymru colleagues to ensure this is co-ordinated with messaging from other teams. 4. Maximise the potential for PR, digital and social media channels for consumer and partner messages in Wales working closely with the Campaign Manager – Products as well as WRAP’s PR and Digital Teams. 5. Work closely with the Programme Area Manager for Sustainable Products to undertake other work as and when required. 6. Work closely with other consumer-facing programme areas within WRAP Cymru to ensure a coherent joined up approach to consumers. 7. Ensure all projects are carried out in line with the aims and objectives of WRAP and are in line with the values, principles and operating parameters of the organisation.
