TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. You should submit the Tender Documents duly filled in the Annexure
‘A’ to us by 3.00 p.m./11.03.2013 envelope superscribing on it
“Renovation and widening of the door of HT Switchgear room at Taratala
Complex”
2. The rate should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, etc.
3. Submit PAN, VAT, Service Tax registration, contractor’s license
etc. and similar type of job experience in a large organization.
4. You will be paid against submission of Invoice along with Challan etc.
5. The quoted rate should be firm throughout the period till you
handover the total job.
6. Any statutory payment, if applicable, will be deducted at source or will
be paid at par.
7. You may collect the tender papers from the office of DGM(ID&M) at
Webel Bhavan daily on working hours upto 1 PM ( 11.03.2013)
