shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic
paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank
heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface
including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals,
oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
and accordance with applicable specifications.

1. The eligible central govt. approved/registered contractors of Archaeological Survey of India who have experience
in the execution on similar nature of work and who have TAN and PAN No.
2. The total tendered cost for complete work should be quoted in percentage above/below against the cost put to tender
including all taxes and other charges as applicable.
3. Earnest Money be deposited in the form of FDR (Nationalized Bank) pledged in favour of Superintending Archaeologist,
Archaeological Survey of India, Delhi Circle, Archaeological Survey of India, Delhi Circle, GPO Complex, Puratatava Bhawan,
Block-D, I.N.A., New Delhi-110023
along with the duly filled tender documents.
4. The contractor/supplier or his authorized representative will be permitted to attend tender opening.
5. The tender documents are available on website www.asidelhicircle.in and www.asi.nic.in which may be down loaded
and submitted along with the tender form cost in form of DD drawn in favour of the Superintending Archaeologist,
Archaeological Survey of India, Delhi Circle, GPO Complex, Puratatava Bhawan, Block-D, I.N.A., New Delhi-110023.
6. If the date of issue/receipt of the tender happens to be a holiday the tenders will be issued/opened on the next working
day.
7. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
8. The civil works executed must be cured properly at least for 30 days.
9. The work to be executed as per CPWD specifications, IS code and as per Archaeological Survey of India specification.
10. The quantity of work can be increased/decreased at site.
11. Water/ T & P/ Scaffolding/ Electricity will be managed by the contractor while execution of work.
12. Initial and final level has to be taken on plan.
13. Third party test done from Govt. Authorized Agencies for Viscosity grades VG10 & VG30.
