Women’s Choir (4th period) arrive in the RHS choir room to warm up. WEAR
UNIFORM. DO NOT BE LATE!

JV arrive in the RHS choir Ensemble room to warm up. WEAR UNIFORM! BE ON
TIME!
9:00 am
Load buses. Ride the bus with your choir class.
We will provide a bagel and a bottle of water for you.
You may bring 1 backpack or purse (not both) with homework, & books. Do not bring
valuables.
9:20 am
Arrive at Pearce HS, check in, Women’s Choir go directly to warm-up, JV go to the
auditorium to hear the Women’s Concert.
When you are not performing, you may sit in the auditorium and listen to the other choirs or wait
outside. We expect you to listen to the other Richardson HS Choirs. Absolutely NO talking in the
auditorium. Do not roam the halls. Be courteous at all times. You are representing RHS. Be
careful not to get ‘caught’ in the auditorium when you are supposed to warm-up.

If you need to leave earlier for a school related reason, a PARENT may pick you up, if you bring a
note in ADVANCE. You may not ride with a friend’s parent without a note.
