Get ready for the 2015 Modern Woman Show & Expo! We are committed to inspiring and enlightening
women in our community. We are here to tell you that boys do not get to have all of the fun. Our
mission is to develop a tradeshow that will be around for years to come. We will stay true to our image
and our customer hoping to inspire strong, confident women with an appetite for adventure and a
passion for life.
Over 3200 attendees visited the 2014 Modern Woman Show & Expo; we will be working on adding
additional advertising, more entertainment, and adding a few surprises! Discover the season's best from
luxury boutiques to emerging local shops. We scoured the province searching for the very best products
and services, and we were very proud to bring more than 100 of these amazing companies together,
under one roof.
Witness first hand, exciting entertainment, fabulous food, and non-stop fun, all while raising money for
a charitable cause. A portion of the proceeds will go to the YWCA Saskatoon, helping with the needs of
women in our community. Never has there been so many great reasons for your business to be a part of
Modern Woman’s Show and Expo.

4. Terms & Conditions :
It is hereby agreed that the undersigned will abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this agreement. The
acceptance to exhibit by or on behalf of Modern Woman Show & Exhibition shall constitute a contract.
1) The exhibitor(s) agree to pay all contracted and requested services to Modern Woman Show & Exhibition,
and its suppliers, and to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the event and any venue in which the event
takes place.
2) Refund & Cancellation policy: Cancellations more than 60 days prior to the event will be subject to pay 50%
of the total charges. Cancellations 60 days or fewer to the event will be subject to 100% of the total
3) The event will provide overnight security but assumes no liability for theft or loss of any kind. Insurance
shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
4) Exhibitors agree to be solely responsible in acquiring all permits and licenses required for the sale and/or
promotion of their products and/or services.
5) Exhibitors hereby agree to observe and adhere to all provincial and city bylaws pertaining to but not limited
to fire, health, safety, and food handling, and accept sole responsibility for any fines or loss of revenue due
to any violations.
6) A minimum 50% deposit and signed contract are required to secure any discount offers and reserve your
space. Your final payment is due no later than January 15 th, 2015.
7) All cheques and money orders can be made payable to Project Posh Events. Accepted forms of payments
are Visa, Mastercard, cheques, money orders, and cash. NSF cheques will be subjected to a $30 processing
