Congratulations to Dajanique Burt for her Gold medal-winning role in the Culinary Team event this past Saturday at the
Tri-C Hospitality Management Center on Public Square. Dajanique prepared the dessert portion of the menu for the
Excel TECC Culinary Team which took home GOLD! Great job Dajanique!(3/4)

Attention students; Are you a talented beatboxer? Are you skilled with vocal percussion in different genres of music?
The vocal music department is in need of beat boxers for this semester's music. Auditions will be held this Friday,
March 6th after school until 4:30pm. Sign up for an audition time with Miss. Ballou on the sheet outside of room
C109. Read the sign-up sheet for audition requirements.(3/6)

Attention to any student who FORECASTED for Brush Chorale (kor-AL) or any student interested in participating in a
high level vocal ensemble at Brush. Chorale auditions will be held next week on Thursday, March 12th from 4:307:30pm and Friday, March 13th from 3:15-4:00pm. Sign up for an audition time outside of room C109. See Miss. Ballou

Attention all VARSITY SINGERS. See you at rehearsal today from 3:15-4:00! We are learning new music and your
attendance is required. Again, Varsity Singers, rehearsal today until 4:00.


SENIORS: As of today, the “Senior Class Important Information Booklet” has been updated. The updated booklet
is now “GREEN”. The Green Booklet is to make sure you are reading the current information. You will find updated
information regarding fees and other items of interest that lead to Commencement Day! Please stop in the Principal’s
Office for a new copy. Mrs. Sanford has also sent a copy to your email. PLEASE SHARE THE BOOKLET and THE
UPDATES WITH YOUR PARENTS!
o If you are following the timeline of your booklet the next Important Date is the Senior Class Meeting on
April 16th at 8:10am in the PAC. Also the following is a list of your new fee deadlines:

April 17th for Students on Senior Project

April 24th for Cosmetology Students

May 8th for the entire 12th Grade Class

Keep in mind …Fees that are not paid, will prevent you from participating in the Commencement and getting
your diploma.
Keep up with your dates, you must read your booklet! Save the dates on the calendar in your phone and be knowledgeable

Seniors are requested to turn in photos to be used in the Senior Send-Off Program. Deadline for photos is March 27,
2015. Photos are to be turned into Mr. Laplanche in D-210. All photos should have your name, address, and telephone
numbers on the back. No email photos are accepted.(3/27)
SPORTS

Bowling Congratulations go out to Brush bowlers Amanda Arth, Clayton Eason & Trenton Miller for qualifying for
the district bowling tournament. The trio bowled yesterday in Lorain & all 3 scored very well. Clayton Eason
finished 25th out of 85 bowlers with a high game of 232. Amanda Arth finished 7th just missing a trip to the state
tourney with a high game of 215. Trenton Miller stole the show for the Arcs finishing with the 5th high series of 639
& now moves on to the State tournament. Trent had a high game of 266 & becomes the 1st bowler in Brush history to
reach the state finals. Trent will be a guest on Varsity Chalk Talk Monday night at the Hooley house in Mentor.
Congrats to Trent & all the Arc bowlers for a successful season!(3/2)

Attention all Boys interested in running outdoor track. There will be a meeting Wednesday at 3:05 in room D215.

Any girl interested in running Track this spring, you must stop by room D205 to pick up forms. Track practice
begins next Monday and forms must be complete to run. For Girls track, see Coach DeWitt in D205 today or
