USC Girls’ Tennis Team Tryouts Synopsis
1. Tryouts will begin on Monday August 13, 2012 and continue through
Wednesday August 15, 2012 at the township courts from 12:00 pm – 3:00
pm, weather permitting.
2. Team selection (and cuts) will be announced Thursday August 16, 2012 at
the township courts beginning at 11:00 am. (Any Senior not making the
Varsity team will be cut as per the school policy for competition)
3. Junior Varsity and Varsity practices will be held after school at the township
courts from 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm during the school year.
4. If a player misses a practice for any reason other than illness or schoolrelated, they will forfeit their right to play in the next match.
5. All students must adhere to the rules and policies of Upper St. Clair High
School.
6. All decisions made regarding the Junior Varsity and Varsity teams’
processes and procedures are the responsibility of the Junior Varsity
coach (Renee Russell) and the Varsity Coach (Ryan Taucher).
