The Management of each Private Un-aided Minority Institutions of Engineering /
Pharmacy MBA & MCA, Law, Post-graduate Law, Post Graduate Engineering/Pharmacy and
B.Ed., B.P.Ed.,/U.G.D.P.Ed., and Pandit Training courses of Andhra Pradesh State shall
exercise option stating whether they would admit the students into IInd year under Graduate
Engineering and Pharmacy courses, under Graduate Engineering and Pharmacy courses, Post
Graduate Engineering including Technology / Pharmacy / Architecture and Planning courses,
M.B.A., & M.C.A., under Graduate Law and Post Graduate Law Courses, B.Ed.,
B.P.Ed.,/U.G.D.P.Ed courses and Pandit Training courses basing on the rank obtained in the
CETs conducted by the Convenor, S.W.1 window or the Convener, S.W.II window for the
academic year 2015-2016. If the management opt for CET-AC window they have to state the
name of the Association, address of the office bearers and shall enclose 1. valid minority status
certificate for the year 2015-16, 2. AICTE etc, concerned discipline approval 3. University
affiliation 4. Permission letter of the NCTE in the case of B.Ed., B.P.Ed.,/U.G.D.P.Ed College
and the G.O.granting permission by the Government of Andhra Pradesh State.
The option of the Management of each Private Unaided Minority College in writing shall
be submitted to the Office of the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee, Ground Floor,
HACA Bhavan,Opp. to A.P. Assembly, Adjacent to All India Radio,, Hyderabad – 500 004
before 4.00 p.m. on 08-06-2015. Non-submission of option will be construed as willingness of
the College to admit the students through Single Window System S.W.1. The date of exercising
of the above option cannot be extended under any circumstances and the option once
exercised cannot be changed.
It is informed that in case more than one Association is formed for conducting counseling
to admit students into one professional course, they should join together and conduct
counseling through single window system as provided under the Rules.
