57th Annual
Tournament of Champions
Dear Golf Professional or Manager,
The 57th Annual Tournament of Champions is fast approaching. The dates will be August 7th-9th 2015.
The annual Ham-Am will be held on Thursday August 6th at 1 p.m. We would like to take this opportunity
to extend 8 invitations to the tournament as follow:

Men's Club/Course Champion
Club Match Play Champion
Club Senior Champion (50-64)
Club Super Senior Champion (65+)
2) Men's Club/Course Runner-Up
4) Club Match Play Runner-Up
6) Club Senior Runner-Up (50-64)
8) Club Super Senior Runner-Up (65+)
As in years past, the first four participants from the aforementioned list are invited to play in the
Championship Division of the Tournament of Champions. The men’s senior and super senior participants
do not have to be from a separate Seniors Club Tournament; rather the participants can simply be the
highest finisher of the Men's Club Tournament who is over the age of 50 and age 65 respectively.
Please get all of the enclosed information to your qualifiers so they can register! Note that each player
must declare which division he is playing for. If no declaration is made, they will automatically be
enrolled in the Championship Division, regardless of age. Each player is only eligible to compete in one
division.
There are no requirements or expectations of caliber of play but to come and enjoy three days of golf and
fun. The tournament is 54 holes over the course of 3 days.
Enclosed is a standard entry form, along with a schedule of events for the weekend. Please contact

have questions regarding format of play, entry qualifications, etc. The deadline for entry is Monday,
August 3rd.
