The Delaware Valley Vascular Society’s Fall Dinner Meeting will be held Friday,
October 22, 2010 at The Water Club at Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ.
We are getting away from tradition and planning a day of relaxation and
recreation, followed by Dinner and a presentation on Treatment of Ruptured
AAA. Our invited Guest Speaker is:

CALL FOR CASE PRESENTATIONS
The Society is soliciting four to five (4 or 5) Case Presentations in association with the dinner meeting. Any clinical
topic is appropriate for the presentation. They may be given by a resident, fellow, or other member of the Society.
These clinical case presentations should be brief, no more than eight minutes long, to allow approximately seven
minutes for questions and discussion. Computer projection for PowerPoint will be available.
In order to better organize the order and number of presentations, please send an abstract or information about
the Case to James Elmore, MD, Chair, Program Committee, DVVS – dvvs@bostonbased.com Include the title of the
presentation and the name of the person that will be presenting. Do NOT attach graphics or other tables with the
brief abstract.

DVVS GOLF TOURNAMENT
The Delaware Valley Vascular Society first annual Golf Tournament will be held at the Atlantic City Golf Club. To register for
the tournament, please indicate so on the Registration Form, as well as your handicap. Your fee of $100.00 per person
includes Cart, Locke Room access, complimentary bag drop and Valet Parking. Players should meet at the Club by 12:00 Noon.

On behalf of our meeting participants, the following special rates have been secured over the dates of the
Delaware Valley Vascular Society Dinner Meeting (based on single or double occupancy):
$199.00 Club Rooms Single/Double
The above rates are subject to the prevailing taxes: 14% State Tax and $5.00 Atlantic City Occupancy Fee will apply
and is subject to change without notice. An additional $20.00 per person fee will apply for each additional person.
Children under the age of twelve (12) free with existing bedding.
All reservations must be made by Thursday, September 30, 2010. After this deadline, or if the DVVS block of
rooms sells out prior to the reservation deadline, availability and rate cannot be guaranteed. Requests for
extended stays and early arrivals will be accommodated to the best of the hotel’s availability.

identifying with Group Code: GWDVV10. A first night's room and tax deposit will be forfeited for any reservation
not canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival dates.
