Before Your Read The Outsiders – Research and
Presentation
Directions: Each group will be responsible for a
particular topic relating to the 1960's. The goal is to
become informed enough about that topic to
educate other members of the class. Presentations
on the various topics will be given on Thursday.
Use the many websites to learn more about the
1960's and answer the following questions related to
your topic. Not all websites will apply to your
group's particular topic however.
After educating yourself on the topic and
understanding the answers to the questions given,
structure that new information into a powerpoint
presentation for your classmates.
The powerpoint presentation must include a TITLE
PAGE, at least EIGHT slides of CONTENT, and a
WORKS CITED page listing the websites used to
retrieve information.
Look at the last page to see the grading rubric that
will be used to evaluate your group’s presentation.
