iii. Themed Meetings!
November 29th will be mocktails. We ask that you all dress up and we
will be serving mocktails, such as virgin margaritas, and pina coladas.
December 6th will be holiday wear, we will have more details as we
approach December.

Business
i. Ashley’s Proposal
Ashley proposes RHA funds her ice skating program. She is looking for a
hundred dollars to take 20 students to an ice skating rink to let everyone have
a good time and get to know the people on their floor a little bit better. The
program will take place Friday from 11:30-1:30.
ii. National Communications Coordinator (NCC)
Emily
1. IACURH
We had a great time. Sam, Trey, Leighna, Paul, Jake, Michelle,
Sabrina and Emily went to Bozeman, Montana for IACURH. The
delegation attended programs each day to bring back new ideas to
share with RHA. The delegation exceeded Emily’s expectations, they
had amazing spirit and were so upbeat about getting up early to eat
even though they could have slept in a little longer. Everyone made
lots of new friends and the bus ride was epic, even though they were a
little late. Chase, the NCC from MSU Bozeman gave Trey, Sam and
Emily props in the boardroom, they did great. Trey had a great time,
met lots of people but didn’t get much sleep. Leighna loved how
spirited Colorado was and that they cheered for everyone. She would
like to see everyone go in the future, she had a blast! Sam, an RBD,
Regional Board Director, thanked the delegation for supporting the
new schools, everyone worked very well together. Michelle was very
pleased with the amount of ideas everyone brought back, that the
discussed at dinner. Bianca, the RCCTD gave snaps to everyone and
hopes to see someone at No Frills. There will be a meeting Thursday
at 1:40 to wrap-up and discuss fundraising.
iii. Vice President

1. Programs
a. Empty Bowl Dinner
Sam will be putting up the last of the bowls Tuesday during his
office hours. If you agreed to help with this program, please meet
in the Lodge at 5. Volunteers will help serve food and explain the
program to the incoming guests. The lowest class will receive
broccoli cheddar soup, the middle class will receive pizza or a
cheeseburger, and finally the upper class will receive the London
broil. There is no dress code.
b. Clyde’s Programming
There will be another program in Clyde’s on November 30th.
We will bring the games back over and we are planning on
having Dance Dance Revolution.
2. Programming Committee
There will be a meeting this week Wednesday at 5 in the RHA office.

There will be a meeting Wednesday at 4:30 in the RHA office. There
will also be a food committee meeting on Tuesday at 11.

There isn’t one this week.
2. Turtleneck
Turtleneck went to IACURH with the delegation and received a
clothespin. Schools decorate clothespins so that they can trade with
one another, it’s a great way for people to meet one another. Katie
presented Turtleneck to a person who has really done a lot in RHA and
also went to IACURH. They really stepped up as a delegate and has
lots of ideas to bring back to RHA. Congratulations Leighna!
