This questionnaire is for students who will attend the Industrial Engagement Event hosted by the CDT in Pervasive

Completing this form is optional, but encouraged. The information you provide will be posted on the event web page,
and publicised to our industry partners in advance of the event. This will help connect students with industry partners
for internships, projects and future collaborations.
