Xperience2015 Letter of Justification

I would like to attend the YourMembership.com Xperience2015 Customer Conference on April 12-15th in St.
Petersburg, FL. The conference will enable me to attend a number of education sessions that are directly
applicable to my work and will increase my knowledge and efficiency in using Digital Ignite’s Crowd Wisdom™
platform- now part of the YourMembership portfolio of technology services.
In addition, I will be able to network with other DI and YM customers coming from around the world to share best
practices. I am seeking sponsorship for the registration fee and travel expenses for the conference, and living
expenses during the conference. A detailed cost breakdown is included below.
The ideas, best practices, contacts and tools I will gain from this conference will help us maximize our learning
platform’s full potential. In addition to the sessions and meetings I attend, I will have access to educational
handouts after the conference available to share with my colleagues.
The presentations are facilitated by both industry experts, the DI team, and industry panelists who have the
insight to answer the questions we have and have helped improve organizations much like ours. Getting this
information directly at a conference will greatly reduce the research time and costs that <your organization's
