Details & Description
If the weight of the debris disposed of exceeds the weight
allotted to either dumpster a prorated portion of $95 per ton
overweight will be charged.
After Grace period of two weeks a rental charge of $50 per
week will be invoiced.
The Massachusetts D.E.P. has banned the following
items from all landfills. If any of these waste ban items
are placed in a dumpster the following per item handling
charges apply from all Transfer & Recycling operations
in the State of Massachusetts.

Price Doesn’t Include 3% Environmental/Fuel charge, which will be added to total bill.
Marks Disposal Demolition and Cleanouts will not accept any Asbestos, Medical Waste or any Liquid
Waste (Paint, Oil, Solvents, ect.) The disposal of hazardous or special wastes is strictly prohibited in our
dumpsters. If any hazardous or special waste is found in the container, the container will be quarantined
until such time as the container is made legal for disposal. All additional cost associated with
hazardous and special waste will be the customer's financial responsibility.
