ASSOCIATE, INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER Rosetta is seeking recent graduates to join our Technology practice as an Associate Infrastructure Engineer. The individual will have extensive product knowledge to install, configure and maintain sites using Linux/Unix based systems. This administration professional has a general awareness of how the product components interact and the capabilities of the components, as well as the efficient operations of a runtime environment, its configurations and the three tiered architecture of production, staging, QA, and DEVINT systems. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: This professional can handle the following administrative tasks: Successfully install and configure Linux/Unix systems Scale infrastructure deployment horizontally as needed Connect to and validate connections to back-end resources Perform troubleshooting, diagnostic tracing and open/manage PMRs Setup clustered nodes across all tiers Create and debug scripts for automating day to day tasks Gather and analyze data for performance tuning Perform ongoing administration and maintenance tasks Apply fixes and feature packs Deploy and update customized site-specific code Design and implement appropriate security PREREQUISITE SKILLS: Strong understanding of web-based and underlying TCP/IP protocols. Basic knowledge of XML Basic knowledge of J2EE technology Operating system knowledge: Linux Skills in network administration Experience in administering a Web server
