1. Implement the following activities:
a) Installation of Unix/Linux Operating systems
b) Study of logging and logout details
c) Study of Unix/Linux general purpose utility command list (man, who,
cat, cd, cp, ps, ls, mv, rm, mkdir, rmdir, echo)
2. Add or Remove the linux modules using following commands
a) lsmod, insmod, modprobe, modinfo b) dmesg, rmmod, depmod
c) Study of Unix/Linux general purpose utility command list ( more, date,
time, kill, history, chmod,chown, finger, pwd, cal, logout, shutdown).
3. a. Implement the following commands to verify and configure network
parameters.
 ping,netstat,nslookup,dig,host,route,ip,ethtool,ss,iwconfig,nmcli,btrctl
and nmtuu
b. Configure an interface with static network settings using ifcfg files
4. Implement storage management in linux environment using basic partitions and
device mapper
5. a. Install Oracle Virtual box and create two VMs on your laptop.
b. Establish an AWS account. Use the AWS Management Console to launch an
EC2
c. Write a YML script to add the users and group to a VM using cloud-init
d. Create and configure Amazon S3 bucket and implement the following
i. upload the objects into S3 bucket
ii. view the objects
iii. copy/move the objects
iv. Delete Objects
v. Delete bucket
e. Create a public VPC subnet to host NAT gateway in AWS
d. Install hyper-V on Amazon EC2 Bare Metal.
