Sales Agreement
This agreement is entered into on this ____day of _____ by the undersigned. It is agreed by
both parties that the express purpose of this agreement is for the purchase and sale of the
animal described below.

Reservations/Deposit: All sales are on a first come first serve basis. A deposit is required to
be added to the reservation list. You can choose to pay the full amount or pay a 50%
reservation holding deposit. The balance needs to be paid in cash or PayPal at time of pickup.
Payments and deposits are non-refundable. Cash only. Checks are not accepted. Credit card
payments accepted only through PayPal. If you do not pay a deposit for a reservation your
place on the list is not secure. If another customer pays a reservation deposit they will be
moved ahead of those on the list who have not secured a place on the waiting list without a
deposit.
Shipping: SSBR will ship rabbit via Speedee Delivery, once bun leaves my home I am no longer
responsible for any unforeseen events that may happen while bun is in transit. Once bun
arrives to you that will be when the 72 hour time frame will begin.
Health: To the best of our knowledge the above rabbit is in good health, as well as the
parents of rabbit. I do not knowingly breed sick or defected rabbits. So if for any reason your
bun has a genetic disorder, Silver Spoon Bunny Ranch will not be held liable for any
unforeseen illnesses. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the rabbit prior to taking it
home. Unless rabbit is shipped, please inspect bun upon arrival. During the first 72 hours after
purchase, it is the option of the buyer to have a licensed veterinarian, familiar with the care
of rabbits, inspect the rabbit. If the veterinarian finds the animal to be of poor health, the
same veterinarian’s report stating health problem must be submitted with this contract for an
exchange of a new rabbit. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. SILVER SPOON BUNNY
RANCH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS INCURRED. Buyer must notify
breeder within 72 hours of the purchase/receives if the above animal should become sick.
After 72 hours, all sales are final. There shall be no refunds or exchanges for any reason. NO
EXCEPTIONS
The following is agreed to by the buyer:
1. 50% of the purchase price required deposit to hold the said animal(s).
2. Rabbit must be paid in full and picked up within 7 days of _N/A_or buyer forfeits
deposit and rabbit. This done not apply to shipping of rabbit.
3. After 24 days of making the deposit, deposit is non-refundable if buyer decides not to
purchase said animal(s).
4. Only cash or PayPal credit card payment is accepted as payment on pick-up date.
Sexing Rabbits: It is the buyer’s responsibility to double check and verify they are getting the
gender they want before leaving with the rabbit, unless it is shipped I will do my best to sex
rabbit but still no guarantee. Taking home a rabbit of the wrong sex will not result in a refund
or replacement.
Right Of Refusal: All sales are final, however, if for some reason you can no longer care for
your rabbit(s) purchased from SSBR, contact us and we will gladly take back bun. NO
REFUND will be given. SILVER SPOON BUNNY RANCH reserves the right to cancel a
reservation without explanation. If any deposits have been made and we initiate the
cancellation we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone for any
reason, period.
Returns/Shortages: All sales are final. If you have paid for upcoming litters and Mother
Nature did not produce what you were expecting you will be put at the top of the list for the
next available litter. No refunds will be given.
