Sales Agreement This agreement is entered into today (date)_______________________ by the undersigned. It is agreed by both parties that the express purpose of this agreement is for the purchase and sale of the animal described below. A deposit is required to be added to the reservation list. You can choose to pay the full amount or pay a 50% reservation holding deposit. The balance needs to be paid in cash or PayPal at time of pickup. Payments and deposits are non-refundable. Cash only. Checks are not accepted. Credit card payments accepted only through PayPal. If you do not pay a deposit for a reservation your place on the list is not secure. If another customer pays a reservation deposit the will be moved ahead of those on the list who have not secured a place on the waiting list without a deposit. Health: To the best of our knowledge the above animal is in good health. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the rabbit, including sex, prior to taking it home. During the first 72 hours after purchase, it is the option of the buyer to have a licensed veterinarian, familiar with the care of rabbits, examine the rabbit. If the veterinarian finds the animal to be of poor health, the same veterinarian’s report stating health problem must be submitted with this contract for an exchange of a new rabbit. EveryBunnie’s Business is not responsible for any genetic conditions discovered after the 72 hour period. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. EVERYBUNNYS BUSINESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS INCURRED. Buyer must notify breeder within 72 hours of the purchase if the above animal should become sick. After 72 hours, all sales are final. There shall be no refunds or exchanges for any reason. There are no exceptions. The following is agreed to by the buyer: 1. 50% of the purchase price required deposit to hold the said animal(s). 2. Rabbit must be paid in full and picked up within 7 days of ____________ or buyer forfeits deposit and rabbit. 3. After 3 days of making the deposit, deposit is non-refundable if buyer decides not to purchase said animal(s). 4. Only cash or PayPal credit card payment is accepted as payment on pick-up date. Sexing Rabbits: It is the buyer’s responsibility to double check and verify they are getting the gender they want before leaving with the rabbit. Taking home a rabbit of the wrong sex will not result in a refund or replacement. Shipment: We do offer shipping to select areas in the Midwestern states. We have the right to postpone shipment based on the condition and age of the rabbit. We are not responsible for the condition of the rabbit once it leaves our rabbitry. Death: If for some unforeseen circumstances, a rabbit dies before it leaves our rabbitry that has already been paid for (deposit or full amount), EveryBunnie’s Business will not refund the sales amount or deposit. We will replace it with a rabbit of your choice of the same value. If no rabbits are available for sale at that time, you will be placed on the top of the waiting list for upcoming litters. We don’t anticipate this happening, but with animals/livestock there is no guarantee. Right Of Refusal: All sales are final, however, if for some reason you can no longer care for your rabbit(s) purchased from EBB, contact us and we will try to connect you with someone who would be willing to care for the rabbit(s). NO REFUND will be given. Every Bunnies Business reserves the right to cancel a reservation without explanation. If any deposits have been made and we initiate the cancellation we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone for any reason, period. Returns/Shortages: All sales are final. If you have paid for upcoming litters and Mother Nature did not produce what you were expecting you will be put at the top of the list for the next available litter. No refunds will be given. Buyer’s Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange transportation if the rabbit is not being directly picked up by the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for transportion. If transportation falls through and buyer is unable to pick up rabbit or transport it, all monies are forfeited. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. I have read, understand and acknowledge the policies within this Purchase Agreement.
