Summary
1- After completion of prepared food distribution by Dr. Abdullah Abdullah’s team,
ANDMA Takhar Director is asked to provide prepared food to Khoja-Khairab village
natural disaster displaced families for four days in close coordination with Dept. of
Agriculture and Dasht-e-Qala district governor.
2- A team consisting of Dept. of Agriculture, Dept. of Refugee and Repatriation,
ARCS, Governmental land ownership office, MRRD, Provincial Council, ANDMA,
Dasht-e-Qala district Chief of Police, Dasht-e-Qala district national security department,
and Dasht-e-Qala district governor will have a mission to Dasht-e-Qala under the
leadership of head of urban development office. The mission will distribute 50 Jereb
land which is located beside Nawabad school in Dasht-e-Qala district to Khoja Khairab
village natural disaster displaced families. The distribution of this land is based on
sanction number 25 Presidential Decree dated 17 July 2012 and conclusion number 4
of Afghanistan General ANDMA issued in June 2012. The mission will refer the land
distribution document to Afghanistan General ANDMA for further processing.
3- Dasht-e-Qala district governor, head of Agriculture department, under the
leadership of Takhar ANDMA director will continue with their task to distribute
humanitarian assistances for IDPs and monitor all affairs related to IDPs.
4- CAF organization will employ one of its medical teams to provide medical services
to IDPs in the next 3 months and Mission East will provide two tents to the CAF medical
team inside the IDP camp.

IOM will distribute solar sets for Khoja-Khairab natural disaster IDP families.
6- Concern Worldwide and Mission East in close coordination with the team will visit
the IDP camp to solve the sanitation, latrine problem.
