Location is booked.
Laagendalsmuseum (event hall with stage) NOK 2800/- all day.
School events for the entire academic year – PYP & MYP
Highlighting school trips, 3-way conference, KIS Show, Winter
celebrations, etc.
Can be published on the school website for parents to follow up,
and for teachers to update.
Waiting for calendar from Barbara Deveney regarding events for
the school year for PYP. MYP calendar ready.
New PTA Treasurer and Deputy to be appointed.

Laila Christiansen is the new PTA Treasurer and Roar Hakavik will
help.
KIS Uniforms
Correct way of wearing uniforms – cardigans over uniforms?
PE shirts/house shirts – mandatory? Robert
Arts apron? Used uniform as alternative?
Used uniforms from leaving students available for sale at KIS Office
– it is not feasible to sell second hand uniforms.
School needs to have a guideline for how to wear uniforms/PE
clothes. More info to follow
Teachers Appreciation Week – Wk3 Lunch and Cakes before
summer holiday.
To honor teachers and school staff by baking cakes or deliver food
to staff/teachers’ room; children to make/draw pictures/presents
as token of appreciation.
25 teachers, 35 staff including teachers, Cater for 30.

Suggested that we have this in January, around the time when
Reports are ready. 2 grades each day bring food daily for a week, in
week 3 2014. And we can bring cakes in the summer.

2 trips on 2 different days.

- football field: artificial grass /sow new grass
- walls in the entrance to be painted white (where shoe racks are)
- outdoor shed (shelter) needs new coat of paint.

MYP 5th year – very promising news from the State authority
