Ringing for an appointment on the same day, by the time you get through it’s too late and then get told to call back tomorrow, there’s no point in calling
Love your nurses, they always recognize me

Childrens prescriptions should be dealt with asap – especially when it’s not a repeat one but one sent from a doctor outside the surgery
