 Ringing for an appointment on the same day, by the time you get through it’s too late and then get told to call back tomorrow, there’s no point in calling

Love your nurses, they always recognize me

 Have been coming for years and have never felt like I’m wasting anybodies time

Dr Godden was fantastic

More after hour options for workers

Childrens prescriptions should be dealt with asap – especially when it’s not a repeat one but one sent from a doctor outside the surgery

The doctors don’t listen, need better doctors that care

Getting to see a female doctor for a 20 min appointment is difficult and having to explain to the receptionist why I need it is embarrassing sometimes

Would be good to be able to access health checks with the nurse out of working hours please

Why are people still allowed to use mobile phones when they are supposed to be banned

Receptionist are all very pleasant and helpful

Over all a good medical practice – in fact “very good”
