Students wishing to apply for an Arts diploma should complete this application form. Please note that applicants
must be currently enrolled in a Monash Degree to apply for a diploma. For a full list of Arts diplomas please refer
to ‘Section C’ of this application.

Approval is required from your home faculty before an offer can be made. Please complete ‘Section D’ prior
to submitting your application. Students enrolled in Arts owned courses do not need to complete this
section.
