We are seeking vendors to help make our Clayton Day Event a success!
Event is as follows:
Saturday, June 6th Clayton Day – Main Event
Presented by Borough of Clayton, Mayor, Council & the
Clayton Special Events Committee
Time: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Arrival Time: Between 9:00-10:00
Location: Autumn Pasquale Memorial Park, 29 East Ave
Rain Date: Sunday June 7th, same time and place
Will be advertised via borough website, Facebook and
signs will be posted at event location
12x12 Grass lot spaces are available

*If electric is needed you must provide your own generator
*Vendor products subject to approval
*Space must be left clean & undamaged
*Food vendors must have Permanent Board of Health License
*If using propane Fire Permit is needed

agrees to defend, pay on behalf of, indemnify, and hold harmless the Borough of Clayton, its
elected and appointed officials, its agents, employees and volunteers and others working on
behalf of the Borough of Clayton against any and all claims, demands, suits, or loss, including all
costs connected therewith, and for any damages which may be asserted, claimed or recovered
against or from the Borough of Clayton its elected and appointed officials, its agents, employees,
volunteers or others working on behalf of the Borough of Clayton, by reason of personal injury,
including bodily injury or death and/or property damage, including loss of use thereof, which
arises out of or is in any way connected or associated with this contract, and the Special
Events/Clayton Day.
