Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Seaford RFC Ltd will be held at the Clubhouse on Monday 6th
July 2015 at 7.30pm and you are invited to attend. I enclose a copy of the agenda.
The following officers are to be elected:

SRFC President
SRFC Director (Chairman)
SRFC Director (Treasurer)
SRFC Company Secretary
SRFC Directors (Maximum 3)
Committee Members (Maximum 6)



First Team Captain
Second Team Captain
Ladies Team Captain
Nominations for any of the above posts with details of the Proposer, Seconder and agreement of
the nominee should be given either by e-mail or by letter to the Company Secretary by Friday 4th
July, 2015.
Please note that nominations from the floor of the meeting on the night of the AGM for any of the
above posts or positions will not be accepted.
Any items to be considered under Any Other Business must be sent to the Secretary by 30th June
2015.
Copies of the 2014 AGM minutes will be available at the AGM or from the Secretary in advance on
request. Alternatively, you can view these on the website: www.seafordrfc.com.
