Barbara Runham and Barbara Griffiths are willing to stand for re-election.
Submission of other nominations for all the above positions is encouraged and the election/re-election for each post will be considered separately:
If there are 2 or more members proposed for the same post a secret ballot will be carried out.
Rule 6.1.2 states that proposals for the election or re-election of Committee members shall be by two full permanent members provided that the permission of the proposed member has previously been obtained.
NOMINATIONS HAVE TO BE IN THE HANDS OF THE SECRETARY 10
DAYS BEFORE THE AGM . Nevertheless if no nomination is received for a vacancy beforehand, nominations may be accepted and voted upon at the AGM.
