John is Director of Engineering, Product Promotion, at ASE (US) Inc., and provides
technical support for the Introduction, Engineering, Marketing, and Business
Development activities for all Advanced Wafer Level Packaging Technologies at ASE.
Prior to joining ASE, John was Technology Development Manager at ADFlex Solutions,
and Research and Development Engineering Manager at both Nortel and Digital
Equipment Corporations. John has 40 years of experience in various areas of
manufacturing, assembly and testing of electronics components and systems, with
emphasis on the development of new technologies and processes.
John holds a BS degree in chemistry from Rutgers University, and a joint MS/MBA in
Industrial Engineering and Engineering Administration from the University of Central
Florida.
