INDOVISION DECODER TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Your favourite program is about to play, but your TV screen is blank or mute, or both. It could be just a case of a bad connector, or microwave interference, commonly referred to as Terrestrial

Interference (TI). TI occurs when there is a microwave tower in the vicinity of the customer's house. It causes disturbances on the quality of the received picture. Should this problem occur, please contact our Customer Services Hotline. Meanwhile, if you find your TV screen is scrambled or blinks, rest assured, it's probably just a case of a bad connector or poor tuning quality, which, if you refer to the troubleshooting guide, you'll be able to fix easily yourself.
