Why are you interested in being a Recruitment Counselor? Before you sign: The position of Recruitment Counselor is a great opportunity, but it also comes with significant responsibility. In order to provide the support the Potential New Members deserve, all accepted Recruitment Counselors will be held to the following expectations: 1. Attend all Recruitment Counselor training sessions; 2. Attend Recruitment Counselor day retreat (exact date TBA). All selected Recruitment Counselors will be expected to attend this retreat for the duration of the event; 3. Attend all recruitment related events held or sponsored by Panhellenic; 4. Disaffiliate based on the timeline and specifications set forth by Panhellenic; 5. Have experienced Formal Recruitment as an initiated member of a CNU Panhellenic chapter before being eligible to be a Recruitment Counselor; 6. Be in good judicial and financial standing with her chapter and the university; 7. Have a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.5. Group Processing and interviews will take place on September 26h, 2015 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The day will begin with donuts and coffee together before moving into the interview process. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in for team building activities throughout the day. It is highly important you are available for this date as it is vital to the selection process.
