Adrian Nall and Dare to Dream Performance Horses, herein be referred to as breeder, for the mare ________________________________ Breed_____________Registration
#______________ for the 2016 breeding season (the breeding season shall begin on February
15 th and close on June 5 th of the year covered by this contract) at $850.00(USD).
1.
A booking fee of $200 is payable with this contract and the balance of $650 plus all unpaid expenses (including collection/shipping fee of $250) will be payable prior to shipment of semen. The booking fee is non-refundable.
2.
The Mare Owner shall agree that the mare offered for breeding shall be in sound breeding condition and free from infection or disease. Any mare certified by the attending veterinarian not to be, in his opinion, in sound breeding condition, shall not be bred. It is the mare owner responsibility to verify health and breeding soundness of the mare. It is further agreed that should the above named mare dies prior to foaling, the Mare Owner may substitute another mare, to be used in the following season only, if it is agreed to by both the Mare Owner and Breeder.
3.
Live Foal Guarantee: Live foal means the foal shall stand and nurse. It is understood that if the mare proves barren, aborts her foal or if the foal is stillborn, a rebreed will be guaranteed the following year only, providing proper notification is given. Proper notification shall be defined as follows: Written certification by a licensed veterinarian within seven days that the mare has slipped or produced a non-viable foal. Mare Owner certifies that such abortion or death did not result from any act or omission of the Mare
Owner. The rebreed in this case is free but a collection/shipping fee of $250 is due prior to rebreeding for LFG or if said mare did not get in foal from previous year’s breeding efforts.
4.
Color Foal Guarantee: If the Resulting foal is not eligible for regular paint registry, the mare may be rebred in the current season only, provided a color guarantee chute fee of
$325 (plus collection/shipping fee of $250).
5.
When the above named Mare Owner signs and returns one copy of this contract to the
Breeder it will then be a binding contract on both parties, subject to the terms and conditions. This contract is not valid unless completed in full and accompanied by a cop of the mare’s registration papers.

APHA Color Guarantee Rebreed Fee in 2016: $325
Collection/Shipping Fee: $250 (applied every time semen is shipped)

Discounts
___Free Stud fee for APHA or AQHA World Champion or World Champion producing mares. (If your mare qualifies for this discount, please initial and provide proof of this accomplishment)
**Rebreeds on Guarantees are ONLY available the year immediately following the original contract season. We cannot hold these over to another year.
Please provide Dare to Dream Performance Horses at the earliest possible time on when semen will need to be shipped. We cannot guarantee that semen will be shipped the same day you notify us.
