Task Statement: The group will create a myth related to our study of mythology to explain one of the
following phenomena. We will get and organize information by researching our chosen phenomena
through the research resources from the UHES Library website and our classroom library of books. We
will share our findings by writing an original one to two page myth to explain how the phenomena came
to be and reading it to the class. The story must include elements and details of the phenomena to
demonstrate that the group has researched the topic.
