mechanical co-ordination with other dept.& field works.
PGMME Project - In this project
The following equipment’s erections and plant commissioning work involved.
A) Shell & tube exchangers
B) Pumps (centrifugal & positive displacement)
C) Distillation column tray fixing
D) Reactor
E) Pressure vessels
F) PIPINGS (CS & SS)
cross country pipe line work - 8 km piping (6” A106 GR.B)and HDPE 6” under ground line
execution and commissioning .
Milk of lime plant dust scrubber & waste water treatment plant vacuum belt filter
equipment erection coordination ,piping and commissioning work.
New agitator vessel (SS304) erection coordination and piping works.
Thermic fluid boiler erection coordination and piping works.
Boiler water pre heating system project - plate heat exchanger erection , piping and
commissioning job.
During projects mto checked as per the ISO ,Procurement request raising ,stores request
for materialreceiving from stores through sap R/3 SYSTEM.
INSPECTION WORK :
From 2000 Jan – till date working in manali petro chemical ltd.

Column ,storage tank and pressure vessels internal inspection carried out during shot
down period and recommendation given for rectification as per ASME VIII .

column and pressure vessel external and ultrasonic thickness survey test was carried as
per schedule and given recommendation to maintained work.

Exchanger inspection was carried out as per TEMAstd.forretubing inspection. After the
retubingpneumatic and hydro test carried out and inspection report given to boxing up .

Critical pipe (C.S) linesultra sonic thickness survey taken for pipes condition checking
and send reports to mechanical & process dept.

Rubber lining inspection in Pressure vessel internals and pipe line Internals.

Safety valves ,isolation valves and on - off valves inspected and given inspection report as
perstd.
Projects Inspection Jobs

propylene oxide plant equipment like reactor ,pressure vessel, column (internals tray
fixing ) pipe lines welding inspection and hydro test inspection carried out & clearance
given further action.

Polyol plant augmentation project pressure vessel, exchanger’sfabrication stage wise
inspection carried out and report preparation for future record. Pipe line
weldinginspection ,hydro test carried out and reports prepped for further action.
3. New vessels, storage tank , pipe lines and supports painting inspection
4. After the commission as built drawing drafting coordination with cad operator.
Condition monitoring
1. condition monitoring of rotaryequipment’s like pumps ,compressor, agitator gear box ,
