Responsibilities:

Perform internal and external inspection of various petroleum plant equipments
such as furnace, exchangers, pressure vessels, storage tanks and piping.

NDT inspection of static equipments including heat exchangers, column, vessels,
storage tanks and piping.

Responsibilities include welding and fabrication inspection as well as NDT
interpretation.

Reporting to section head for inspection of static equipment and quality activities
for correctives measures, replacement and modification to prevent failures.

Review of ultrasonic thickness gauging and NDT method reports for internal
corrosion.

In hand experience in conducting liquid penetrate testing and interpretation of
results.

Coordinate with client inspectors and third party inspection agencies.

Analysis of rejection re works and NDT data to observe corrosion/erosion
problems.

Maintaining the final weld reports.

Verification of piping joint fit up includes root face, root gap, joints and preheat
requirements.
Tank Experience:

Monitor installation of piping and mechanical works as per approved construction
drawing.

Coordinate with construction planning team prepare for line inspection schedule
hydro testing.

Witnessing for hydro testing, pneumatic testing for both new constructions tank
and piping.

Grid Blasting/Primer/Pre commissioning for pipe lines, tank internal and external
equipments.
