Scheme Delivery Agreement
Specific terms of the agreement dated 12th September 2014 between NUS Charitable
Services (charity registration number 07509468; VAT registration number GB 115 1137
62) whose registered office is at Snape Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK10 2NZ hereby
known as NUS, and Queen Mary, University of London whose registered office is at
Estates Directorate, Mile End Road, E1 4NS.
Background
A.
NUS operate a number of schemes in order to facilitate environmental
sustainability and behavioural changes across its global network.
B.
The Organisation wishes to implement the Scheme(s) (as defined herein)
operated by NUS in accordance with the terms and conditions hosted at
www.nus.org.uk/greenratecard
